Manziel reportedly was spotted gambling in Las Vegas later that night, possibly wearing a disguise and calling himself “Billy.” All this happened while he was in the NFL’s concussion protocol, and he missed a required meeting with team doctors on Sunday morning before the Browns’ game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
As you can see from the citation, Manziel was pulled over Saturday morning on Interstate 480 eastbound, which probably would be the quickest route from his home in the luxury community surrounding Red Tail Golf Club in Avon, Ohio, to the Browns’ team facility in Berea. According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, Manziel received concussion treatment at the facility on Saturday morning, the last time anyone on the team saw him before he reappeared Monday morning for exit interviews.

However, the Browns’ facility is only about a five-minute drive to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Manziel easily could have received his concussion treatment and then hopped on a plane for Las Vegas in time to reportedly be spotted later that night.
